Client area landing guide at Sered

Welcome to our landing guide where you can access the main sections of your client panel at Sered.net where you will have access to the services and products you have contracted with us, access the technical support service through tickets, your client data, your invoices, and many more options that can be very useful to get the most out of your hosting at Sered.

Step 1 - Access your client panel.

Once you access the Sered client area, https://clientes.sered.net you can enter the control panel with your access data, the email you used when registering as a client and the password you provided, if you do not remember your password you can click on Forgot your password? to receive an email message with a link to reset it.

Step 2 - Manage your products and services.

From your user panel, you have access to the products and services you have contracted, as well as your client data, your technical support tickets, and all the invoices that have been generated in your user account.

Step 3 - Manage your hosting

Once you are registered as a client and have contracted your domain and hosting service, it is time to start using it. In the following image, you have a brief explanation of the main links to manage different options of your hosting.

Step 4 - Access the cPanel control panel of your hosting.

In the previous image, we indicate the button to access your cPanel through your client area at Sered.net where you can access all your contracted services. You can also access directly by typing in the address bar of your Internet browser your domain name followed by /cpanel

Step 5 - Create email accounts associated with your domain

If you want to start using email accounts associated with your domain name, you need to start by creating them. For that, you need to access your cPanel as explained in the previous steps, and there you will see all the available options related to your email accounts.

Once you move to the next screen, you can click on the "Create" button to create the new email account.

In the next screen, you must specify the name of the new email account, assign a password, and the maximum storage space for messages.

Once we have our email account created, we can access webmail, manage the features of that account, or access the settings to install it on different devices.

Step 6. Automatic installation of WordPress and other applications

From your control panel, you can install different applications quickly and automatically, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, WordPress... it is very simple and very fast if you do it through Installatron.

If you want to install WordPress, click on the corresponding icon and you will go to the next screen where it shows you information about the applications you already have installed and the possibility of creating new ones.

In the next step, you have to specify the options for your new WordPress installation.

What are support tickets?

It is an inquiry that you send us and is recorded in our customer service system. It allows us to organize ourselves and for you to see the status of your incident.

It is basically a record of incidents with a number or code associated with each inquiry you make in our system.

Our support ticket system is divided into 4 types of inquiries:

Technical support: For any type of technical inquiry, doubts or incidents in the hosting service or domain names, or general queries of any kind.

Sales: For inquiries related to the services we offer, our prices, or technical characteristics of the type of service you want to hire.

Billing: If you have any questions related to the billing of your services, errors in your invoices, or charges made, you can submit your inquiry in this billing department.
