How to add an alias domain to cPanel on Sered?

Updated this week

Do you want to know how to add an alias domain to cPanel in Sered? Do you need to create alias domains on your website? In this guide, we show you step by step how to create an alias domain in cPanel easily.

What is an Alias Domain?

An Alias Domain is an additional domain name that points to the same website as the main domain name of an account. The only difference is that the Alias Domain does not have its own files or web pages. Instead, it uses the files of the original or main domain name.

Alias domains are very useful when you have multiple extensions of the same domain name and you want them all to load the same content. If you have the .COM domain extension of your domain name but also have the .NET and .ORG extensions of the same domain, you can configure them as Alias domains in cPanel so that they point to the .COM domain.
