To access your Webmail panel easily and quickly, simply enter the following URL in the browser (https://webmail.yourdomain.com/) remember to change "yourdomain.com" to your domain name. For example, if your domain is pruebasered.net, the link should be (https://webmail.pruebasered.net/).

This way, you will enter directly to send and receive email.

Go to the RoundCube tool

Once there, you will be on the main page of the RoundCube email manager. You need to click on the “OPEN” button.

Next, you will see the different tools that Webmail has so that you can work with your professional email.

1. Inbox

The RoundCube Inbox is similar to any other webmail email manager. The Inbox will be what you see by default (you will see that the “Mail” tab, in the left side menu (1).

We explain the different options of the Roundcube Inbox, although you probably don't need it because they are usual:

“COMPOSE” will open a new screen where you can:

  • Fill in the details about the recipient (you can use your saved contacts).

  • Indicate the subject.

  • Choose the editor type: plain text or HTML.

  • Enter the message body (with the option to use saved replies).

  • Assign a priority level.

  • Request a read receipt for the email.

  • Request a delivery status notification.

  • Save the email in the folder you prefer.

  • Attach files.

  • Send the message or save it for later.

“REPLY” or “REPLY ALL” are the options that allow you to reply to the messages you receive.

“FORWARD” those messages (in the body of the email or as an attachment).

“DELETE” will send the emails to the “Trash”.

You just have to click, in the same column, on the gear icon in the lower left corner.

2. Right side menu

In the right side menu (2) you can choose the email folder you want to view.

By default, you will see “Inbox”, “Drafts”, “Sent”, “SPAM”, “Trash”, and “Archive”.

3. Top left bar

“SELECT” is used to make a mass selection according to the following criteria: “Selection”, “All”, “Current page”, “Unread”, “Flagged”, “Inverse”, and “None”.

“THREADS” allows you to create threads through emails.

“OPTIONS” from this option you can filter your emails through the “OPTIONS LIST”, where you will find “Sorting column”, “Sorting criteria”, and “Sorting order”.

“REFRESH” is used to check for new messages.

4. Top right bar

If you click on “MARK”, a dropdown menu will open allowing you to highlight the message “As read”, “As unread”, “As flagged”, or “As unflagged”.

These categories will allow you to later perform faster searches among your messages that by default are shown “All”.

If you click on the side arrows, you can search for messages by specific category, by priority level, or by having attachments. The other search bar, marked with the magnifying glass icon, allows you to perform searches by specific fields of the message in question (such as “Recipient”, “From”, “Subject”, etc.) and filter by date and by folder where it is located.

Returning to the last option in the upper left menu, “MORE” will open another dropdown menu. From there you can choose “Print this message”, “Download (.eml)”, “Edit as new”, “Show source”,
